Mr. Patrick Kileste
- Education Law degree from the Catholic University of Leuven (UCL) - 1982.
- Member of the French-speaking Brussels Bar Order - 1983.
- Specialization Distribution law, company law - mediation. Patrick Kileste is a partner and a founding member of the B&K Partners law firm. He has a law degree summa cum laude from the Catholic University of Leuven (UCL). He is a member of the French-speaking Brussels Bar since 1986.
- He is considered as one of the leading attorney’s in commercial law, franchise and distribution law, both in Belgian and European law. With the various articles he has written on the subject since 1985, he is also regarded as a most respected legal author.
- In the area of the car distribution, he is one of the few attorneys’ who agrees to act only for the car dealers or importers. He is a member of the E.D.L. network (European Distribution Lawyer) which is an international association of lawyers and representatives of professional federations active in the car industry.
- He puts a great interest with the resolution of conflicts using highly skilled alternative techniques of communication he learned to master trough the various courses he followed on this matter. This allows him to assist his clients very efficiently in all types of negotiations, even in areas outside his specialization field such as estate planning conflicts.
- He has followed the mediator course of the Brussels Business Mediation Center (BBMC) and is approved as a mediator in civil and commercial matters. As an arbiter he is a member from the CEPANI (Belgian Center of Arbitration and Mediation). He is an associate member of the Belgian Franchise Federation and a member of the Brussels Chamber of Commerce.
