Swiss lawyer, specialised in European contract law due to his broad experience as member of the board of the Swiss Motor Trade and Repair Association, responsible, among others, for the legal department.

Management-Postgraduate (MB) at the University of Zurich. He was management consultant in the financing and banking sector.

After practising for two years in the Spanish law firm Qvadrigas Abogados he worked as Legal Counsel first for the company Synthes GmbH. He is currently working for WIFAG Maschinenfabrik AG.

He is well known for his negotiations skills and has a highly qualified knowledge in questions of distribution and competition on European level, specially in the automobile sector.

He is member of the Association of European Distribution Lawyers (EDL) since 1993.

He speaks fluently German, French, English, Italian and Spanish .
